Never mind, I figured out what was wrong.

I just downloaded pokegen and I created pokemon on it and set them in one of the boxes by right clicking and clicking on set. The pokemon set but when I go to the file tab and click on the save pokemon (from tabs) option it goes to the save page and I name the file and click save. Then when I got to look for it were I saved it, it isn't there. I only save one pokemon at a time because I only have really made one pokemon but that doesn't really matter. What should I do?
