so I extract the 2.narc from my ROM using nitro then open the narc file 2.narc using PPTXT then import the githubs folder contains 2 folder 0000 and 0001 then hit Write to Narc then reinsert the 2.narc to my ROM Does it guarantee I got the lastest stuff?

I have this program but idk how to use it, every time I change the game ID and then load the game again it still them same ID. Can u provide me a step-by-step guide, please!

did u active any AR code? maybe u should repatch a new rom. It works flawlessly to me. or maybe ur CPU is overheat, check it percent usage.

Did u change something? e.g folder name, rom location? Did u try download a new desmume? Did it have any error message?
