The correct error code is 13266. 13267 means the games inherent checks are blocking it.

I've been trying to create a Kyruem that will be accepted by pokecheck. I leave the encounter as egg/honey tree/shaymin/ etc, use legitimate stats, and moves. Each time I try to upload it to pokecheck, it gives me a 13267 error. Could someone explain what could be causing this?
