Hey guys. I'm trying to get my IR-GTS-BW to run but every time I double click it, it pops up for about a second and then closes and it doesn't give me time to read it. do I need to have my fire wall down? I have everything required to run it and yet it doesn't do what it is programed to do. please help! I'm super confused!

I have Pokemon White on DS. its not on an emulator, i actually have it. i dont have an action replay. do i need to have an action replay to use pokegen? please help im really confused. also i want to get a Pichu but i dont know the ID. how do i get the id?
