Hello all I need a Kyogre from The Embedded Tower from Heart Gold I don't have a AR or GS I tried using the Poke-Creator app but Professor Oak wouldn't accept it and give me the Jade Orb, I sent a Blue and Jade orb to my Soul Silver using the Poke-Creator but nothing happens when I go to the tower.
