    ok I just thought of something, maybe it is because it is also changed by a platinum randomizer, to change what pokemon you encounter or start out with, so maybe its no longer compatible? but even with tht it should still work...

    Oh, I also tried to use the export backup file, in desmume too, I may not be using it properly, but it also does not add the pokemon I generated.

    Hey, I am using the Desmume emulater to play pokemon platinum. I use the Save state as... to save the game and I can open that in pokegen 3.1.13, and I create a pokemon in the box 1 area. I tried saveing all different ways, and I can open the save in the emulater, but when I look in the box 1, the pokemon isn't there. Can you help me with this problem?
