  1. Just wondering since I've never joined a competition before, and I might plan to sign up before the 15th, and upon reading the rules etc. there are some things I would like to know but can't find answers;

How is the match up made? Is it based on how many gym badges one had acquired in-game, or does how many gym badges owned doesn't matter during competition? How about the pokemon levels sent to the battle box for use in the competition, will the number of badges own effect the way the pokemon respond during the event?

NVM....found answer from other source. Thanks anyway.

  2. Really big problem, whenever I go Menu>Pokemon, then press B the game freezes.

I downloaded the ROM from somewhere that said it was unpatched, but if you think that still might be the issue can you please link me to a download to a ROM that works? I had this problem for both Blaze Black 2 and Volt White 2. Help would be appreciated!

I don't think rom request is allow in here. Try patching a fresh unpatched rom with the files by Drayano provided in page 1.

when I try to use the metal coat on scyther it does not work? How do I fix this?

I think it's a bug, that needs fixing by Drayano. You'll have to wait until he comes around to release a fix/update.

It seems there are other bugs too being reported by other players as well.

  3. Yes.

It also has nothing to do with the nonsense you talked about. The only way he could've gotten more of those berries is by growing them and/or finding them on Share Shelfs.

But the Jaboca berry was only distributed since Feb 6th/7th. How could he had managed to get more than 1 of that berry? I can't even locate that berry on any share shelves at the moment. Anyway doesn't matter.

Back on topic, I read in the OP, that the DW.exe program requires FireFox. Why? Can it not be use via IE? If the reason is just about exporting the cookies.txt, the IE has that export ability in the browser under 'ADD TO FAVORITE'.

  4. Does this program really work? Cause I was sneeking around various Dream Homes in BW 2 earlier today. And I found one home (Japanese region) where the owner had a whole garden plot (probably 8 rows or more) planted with only Jaboca, Custap, and Micle berries. I can understand about how he/she could have gotten so many Custap and Micle berries since the Japan event for those 2 berries had been long due. But over 3x3 rows of Jaboca....?! Give me a break...sounds fishy to me. Especially when such rare berries took 4 days to cultivate with only 2 fruits per harvest. And Jaboca in Japan's distribution just started 2 days ago. Could there be a logical explaination for this guy to have so many rare Jaboca berries, large house with it full of stuff, etc. ? I won't name his username. But I'm very interested in the prospect of using this program for my own benefit. I've been eying on getting a large home of my own. And planting fruits took so long and frustrating.

  5. I changed it to japanese and it did not work then I changed to english but it still did not work. This is what some of it looks like:

    4ÌŸ÷ÆßêÂß¿!ŸMjî<÷Ÿ

Those strange characters are there due to missed handling of the unicode characters.

I downloaded the files from page 1 (his MediaFire and rapidshare links), and I got them all in English. Try re-downloading.

  6. I don't see anything wrong with Drayano's files.

See if you had downloaded it completely or partially. If it's not the case, then I think your issue is with your SYSTEM LOCALE, due to missed handling of the Unicode.

Try going to CONTROL PANEL -> CLOCK LANGUAGE REGION -> CHANGE KEYBOARD OR INPUT METHOD -> ADMINISTRATIVE -> CHANGE SYSTEM LOCALE -> change the region language (if your computer is showing English, try Japanese, or vise versus). Then choose OK and choose RESTART COMPUTER. After re-start, try looking again at the files, it should be in English.

Also note; it'll only change the handling of the Unicode, nothing else will change. So if you are an English user, then your computer stays in English. It won't turn into Japanese. This just makes it able to handle Unicode characters.

  7. Here is the latest DW Garchomp guys changed ot info so that you guys can enter yours

The official info been removed for unknown reason around 24 hours after the press release in pokemon.com, but I've print-screen shot a copy of it on the D-day.

I forgot to take note on the event date cycle. The below text is missing from Pokemon.com since then. See below the original info:

Glad you had received that pokemon and shares it with us. Much appreciate it. Though I'd not mind if the OT is your own name, instead of an 'x'.

And yes, I do know how to change it to my own OT ID using POKEGEN.

  8. I do have dates for the Custap Berry if anyone is interested

    custap.png

I went ahead and did your recommendation to visit random player's Dream Home. First home that I went to had a custap berry being planted. Checked the share shelf, no luck. But it made me jump knowing of the possibility to find someone that might have it. After several visits to various random homes, I finally found one with custap berry up for trade. In the process, I got to swap with a lot of berries that I had yet to acquire. That includes the Micle Berry from the Japanese event, as mentioned by Preparefortrouble. So happy!!! I'm now planting most of the new berries. Once it's ready for harvest, I'll multiply the custap by planting it. If there's a way to share the berry in 'file' format, I'll share it. Otherwise, I'll put one on the shelf at my home later when I've grown that 1 berry fruit to start sharing around. Hopefully, the same will happen for the Jaboca berry event.

Thanks for the useful suggestion, I wouldn't have thought of snooping around random player's dream home shelves had it not been for you. :grog:

    Edit:

    ViaIz38.png

Yay! I've finally acquired all 3 rare berries in both BW 1 and BW 2 PGL Home.

  9. Aww man, looks like prectorian beat me to it.

I don't think so, I believe the Custap Berries were distributed within the DreamWorld, therefore, only obtainable through the Entree Forest once a Pokemon was put to sleep and then woken up.

Sorry, got it 15 hours ahead of you.

Yup! I know how the berry is sent from PGL to the save file. Just hoping for a way to get a piece of it, cause I didn't participate in the event.

In the dreamworld the Micle berry given out for those who participated in a Japanese wifi competition got shared and is found in most people's share selves . So the newer Custap berry will be out in peoples share selves/spammed soon . The Jaboca berry hasnt been released yet so wait like a month or two

Is it? Then I should try going to the dream house of random people to check their shelves. My account seems to always send me to random Japanese player's PGL home. Maybe I'll get lucky. But tell me,.....how do I distinguish the event distributed berry from the ordinary berry acquired from the Dream Island or from planting?

  10. But it was probably January 25th already in some Europe countries in which the download was available, no?

(Or maybe they counted Australia/New Zealand in this.)

No, I don't think so. I found out the event had started earlier than was initially scheduled from Serebii.net. Probably by 2 or 3 hours ahead.

Europe and USA time is over 12 hours behind mine. If Australia and New Zealand, yes....probably because they are 2-3 hours ahead of mine.

I downloaded the Keldeo on 24/1/2013 at 23:20 local time. Then I decided to re-download for the second time on 25/1/2013 at 07:05 local time.

Any how, the above link now updated to contain 2 .pgf files for that pokemon, for the 2 different times I downloaded the same WIFI event.

Anyway, this might be off topic; has anyone received the below berries?

Is it possible to share the file?

"Once you have Keldeo in your party, complete an in-game event that will teach Keldeo its signature Secret Sword move and reveal a new form for the Pokémon!"

Some how the event started a day earlier than what was originally scheduled as per informed in Pokémon.com.

But I can assure you, the file I provided is genuine. Thus why I purposely used an emulator to do the WIFI download, so that I can do screenshots to proof the .pgf file in the above link is 100% genuine.

  12. Am i the only one here who cant get it to work? The xdeltaUI just keeps giving me an error saying xdelta3: target window checksum mismatch: XD3_INVALID_IPUT

    Possible causes;

    1. Your 'rom' is probably a pre-patched one. You'll need to use a clean (unpatched) 'rom' to use with the .xdelta patcher

    2. You might need to run the .xdelta patcher in 'run as administrator'.

    3. You might be using a wrong region rom, or had tried to patch a rom with the wrong .xdelta file. Example: a white 2 rom to a black 2 .xdelta patch file. Recheck it.
