  3. Hi! I'm playing SoulSilver on emulator (Desmume) and I need to edit save files in order to evolve pokemons that need trading, for example Haunter -> Gengar. When using PokeGen, do I need to re-generate the PID? Or is it enough just change the type of the pokemon and then add it to Pokedex?
