Ragdoll2010

Right, so, a friend and i try to out wit eachother with the fake pokemon from Pokemon selector (i don't use them in real battles nor to advance the game. It's just for giggles with a friend) but i can't get my special magikarp out of the selector in Pokemon White 2. I have done the dns, I have the full party, but when i go to the GTS, it says "Offer Pokemon/Summary" and "Search Pokemon". How do i get my fake in this one?
