Hello all, I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to whip up a Dream World torchic with the speed boost ability for me. I'd do it myself, however, I wouldn't be able to transfer it to my Pokemon Black 2 save file. And to alleviate any fears, this will NOT be used for any tournament play. It is only for my own personal use to make the standard campaign a little bit more interesting.
