    I've tried both. Same error both times. I have tried uninstalling the entire program and erasing all the files, but no luck.

    Yes, I have tried going into device manager and manually selecting the file. It does not work as you can see in the screenshot. It says "the system cannot find the file specified."

    I am having trouble installing the drivers for Windows 7 64-bit and would like some help. I have all the files, but this error keeps coming up. http://imgur.com/A7jlS Any assistance is appreciated.
