Hello this is Pika Pi today I will explain 5g genning to you. So first thing first get pokegen now once you have it we shall do….a Pikachu so in species look for Pikachu also in the PID finder dont do anything to it as a legal one is generated when uploaded to game . Now is the tricky part see pokemon have these things called trash bytes in their names there needed for the pokemon to look “legal”. So all pokemon can only have 11 characters in their name so then we look at how much Pikachu has which is 7 so 11-7=4 so now in the name box put Pikachu\FFFF\0000\0000\FFFF and now his name is “legal” now ill show a few other examples on the names let’s say Infernape so 11-9=2 infernape\FFFF\FFFF now always remember it starts with FFFF and ends with FFFF also don’t click the little box next to it that’s only if it has a nickname if you do it will ruin the Pokemons name legitimacy. Next we go onto the lv make it 100 for crying out loud now nature lets make em jolly so next is the item box he’s a Pikachu so we’ll look for a light ball then we go onto his ability his first one is static so keep it at ability one we only change that depending on if it’s his first or 2nd ability the next box is form but it’s a Pikachu so that should be grayed out next is contry whatever country your game is put it US, UK, and AU are all in one next is origin whatever game your trying to make it look like it came from in my case its white so I’ll put white in that box don’t do anything to the shiny leaf when doing this kind of gen EVER next is it an egg is it shiny don’t hit the egg its not needed shiny if you want it it will be in my case. Now where we met the little guy have game black/white next location put day care couple ball pokeball you might notice how it says met at lv.2 well good change it! To lv.1 next date whatever date you want. Next for 5g encounter always put egg/palpark/event/honey tree/shaymin that will make it so it’s not set which in 5g it’s not don’t hit fateful were not doing an event pokemon. Now see how the very bottom is grayed out well click as egg that will make it so it was hatched next put where ever in 5g you want it to have been hatched from I’m going to make this guy from numva town next stats make all ivs 31 or whatecer you want em next were going to make this guy 252 evs in atk 252 in speed and 6 in def the other too in the 6 makes no difference but help with the legitimacy of it. Next is put 3pp ups on all of the moves he’s going to learn because you can. Ok so volt tackle brick break fake out and flail is what we’re going to put on him next is OT/MISC well put you tid and sid you can find your sid on pokecheck just follow the directions on the home page to upload a pokemon so im going to put my tid my sid then my trainers name (don’t do anything to the stuff below it) next on your right hand side there should be these boxes right click it and hit set there show up your pokemon now at file hit save pokemon from tabs save it then goto pokegts.us and find your pokemon tab that you saved hit submit enter there dns into your ds goto the gts and your pokemon should come out there you have it guys happy genning.:smile:
