    http://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=754934 This Whimsicott is coming up as having a hacked PID, while it is able to function both in random battles on WiFi and GTS/Negotiations. I was under the impression that Pokemon with illegal PIDs would not be able to participate on random WiFi/GTS trades. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.)
