Pokémon Mystery Gift Editor (v1.4.3) (now with B/W support!)

I have a question: For the mystery gift editor, and when you press Action Replay Export, then the Button Triggers, what's the difference between the box (fills all spaces) and the check? Also, do you press it before going inside a Pokemart?
