He made an off topic post, but the other person who posted was talking about a completed wiki page he made, and so was I. If the thread wasn't supposed to be posted in anymore, he should have locked it.</p></p></p></p></p>

I go through all this time behaving and following the rules, then someone posted on the Wiki page about something, so I thought since he already made a post, that I would tell everyone I made a page on the Red Gyarados and that if they want to edit it, they should check it out. But <strong>I</strong> get infracted for supporting a bump. That's unbelievable. I didn't even know what the hell a bump was until this happened. I try to help the wiki and I get infracted...
