<p><p><p><p><p><p>RNG Abuse is where you abuse the random number generator in the game to get shiny pokemon and pokemon with 31/31/31/31/31/31 IVs(or other IV combos), and you can also abuse the nature as well. It isn't cheating.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
