In that case, I need an NDS Adapter to hook my retail cart up to the computer? No way to do it with an Action Replay (since that's cheaper)? Still quite handy though. You can change your C-Gear skins freely including expired ones without the fear of messing anything else up, and you can still use the Dream World normally I take it. This is quite handy if that's true, since I have to reset my Global Link stuff. Does tweaking with the C-Gear (like making your own skins) or even changing to pre-existing skins run the risk of messing with your save data at all, or is it totally safe?

So basically, with this I can have all the skins with expired passwords? I just need an Action Replay, right? Or something else?

Unfortunately, my M3 with all my backups happened to be in the case with the DS and game at the time. =/ At the very least, there seems to be a tool I can use to put C-Gear skins on, but it seems complicated to me.

I wasn't sure where this would go, so I'm hoping Miscellaneous works. Anyway, my Pokemon Black got stolen, and it's annoying how GL Support won't even seem to try and let me retain all of my C-Gear skins and whatnot from my old GL save. Is there any way to make the Game Sync ID on my new copy of Black the old Sync ID through an AR or something, or am I SOL? It's frustrating, because some of those skins that are done are my favorites.
