Yeah, or probably Larvitar was Europe exclusive, so maybe this Volcarona will be at the Indiana and Japanese Nationals? Just looking back at the WORLDS Pokemon (Lucario, Weavile, Crobat, and Scrafty), NONE have been shiny, so I doubt this will be at the Hawaiian WCS.

Mewtwo has been announced for the last 3 languages, and they'll be distributed from May 1st - 31st, giving you the entire month to get them.

A Gold (Shiny) Volcarona (불카모스) will be distributed at the Korean 2012 Nationals (known as Elimination rounds) on June 9th and 10th via Infrared connection at the aT Center in Seoul.
It will be a Male at Lv. 100, OT is 선발전12 (Elimination rounds '12), and its moves are: Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Fiery Dance, and Morning Sun (egg move), it will also be holding a Focus Sash.
The Pokemon is not shown to have a ribbon tab in the in-game pic shown below. (It may be because NoK doesn't want to announce its ribbon at this time.)

Why is the card comment the same thing for each of them and the same as the English Victini just with a different date?
And OT. The French Mewtwo was like that as well.

Fake? I haven't been able to get a red OT with your files.
You have to pick the Victini up using a girl character. (Like the English one did.)
Edit: Are you using PokeGen to inject them into your game(s)? Because I DID get red OTs.

The official site revealed that Thundurus (볼트로스) and Tornadus (토네로스) will be distributed via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection from May 14th - July 5th, 2012. Thundurus will be limited to Pokémon Black Version players, while Tornadus will be to Pokémon White Version players. They are to tie in with the two-part anime episodes featuring the Kami Trio that airs on the Tooniverse TV channel May 24th, and having the event one in your party along with the roamer exclusive to your version will help you catch Landorus (랜드로스) at the Abundant Shrine without the need for trading (if you haven't done so yet, that is).
