Has the Dream World ability Suicune been released in japan yet? just wondering so i can attempt at making one in pokegen.

I have a question, has DW Suicune come out yet? Cause im currently making one in Pokegen and i wanna find out if it came out in japan already. If it did then under Country i put down Japan, and location entralink, dreamball, and egg/pal park etc. ? And what level? And for shaymin i just apply the poketransfer set up as well? Cause When i did i tried to go on wifi to check if it was legal but it didn't even letme pass by the lady.

Hey Reign I just tested the one you fixed for me and it worked! Thanks yo! So everytime i create a pkmn on its nickname It has to be like this right: "Terrakion" instead of "TERRAKION"? and then it has to follow up with the Trash /FFFF/FFFF right?

alright ill let you guys know in a few, im testing it right now. so ReignOfComputer for the file you gave me, do i have to check the flag on nickname, cause its not checked.

So yeah I followed the guide on how to use Pokegen for B/W and I tried to make a legal Terrakion but everytime i go on to wifi it gives me a problem. I know its my terrakion because i can enter the wifi random battles fine with out it. Is anyone able to help me out please! Heres my file:
