I got it for free so its not like I can complain or anything if it isn't legal. But I'm still pretty curious about it. Supposedly the person got it from this very forum. The pokemon itself looks legit. But somebody told me that it was impossible to RNG a shiny Arceus . So yeah. ANYWAY.
