    The B/W Pokemon Event(eg. Victini). The Pokemon Event in HGSS can be modified and redistribute. But now BW can't. Is that all BW wonder card like this?

    When I change any of the Japanese Wonder Card Redistribution from 0 to 5 and then save, why I can't share it with others like the one done in HGSS?
