U received some normal pokes (non-events) in trades with SID 0, this would automatically mean they are hacks right? Can someone confirm that? I know some events ( i guess all the GBA events???) like the 10ANNIV have SID 0, but normal pokes???...........

GCEA don't hatch from eggs. The GCEA have CGR type. As for Stamp, it's the same (CGR)..

A few people think it's Unknown type so if they check Stamp they'll probably say they look fine.

Oh I see that now. It doesn't check for the things I need checked though, like correct hidden values, etc.

You do that manually by checking them in PokeSav/Hex Checkers and using the Hidden Hex Value guide found here.

This is a Groudon i PalParked to Platinum and it's defined as Unknown GBA type too.

The one I PalParked just last month to test Platinum TB problems has Normal NDS/GBA type.

From experience, Unknown type means hatched from an Egg in GBA games or Hacked soooo.....

What? Not entirely true. If Palparked in Platinum they must have 37 in 46h. There are some cases where they might even need Hex Values in other areas too.

I found that Notched-Ear Pichus appears as "Unknown or Hacked Pokemon"

Do they have some sort of special PID/IV relationship that makes them appear as Notched-Ear Pichus (like Mystery Gift Dynamic)? Cause any other gift Pokemon from HGSS appears fine (meaning they use the same old Type 1).

Apparently they do have some sort of special PID/IV relationship otherwise they'd show up as Normal NDS/GBA. It wouldn't be Mystery Gift anything because, well they aren't WC events...

Same thing goes for PokeWalker events since they aren't obtained DIRECTLY from a WC

if you have wifi then use them in a battle, save the video, and upload it, if it uploads then good, theyre legal/legit, if it doesnt, then they arent

They are legal/legit, they just show up as hacked because Legal.exe has a bug.

-NZONE Jirachi.

Sabresite said he'd fix that in the next update. They will still pass legit checks with a Hex Checker I believe.

Can anyone else confirm if the PGT is the problem? If it is I'll need to remove it.

Well this is a pgt straight from KKK's PCD file. Both match so idk what's wrong.

Maybe KKK can upload his?

I've double checked the pgt and it's a Pichu on there not Arceus. I thought it was a mistake but the one I uploaded should still give Pichu's. Hm...

Try using another pgt for another event to see if the problem presists.
