Yes, and all of my Pokemon are in the box. However, when I try to move one of my Box Pokemon into my party, it goes to the last slot, and when I go to get another one, it stays in the same spot, only out of the party and floating over the box.

I was activating a code for 99 of all the TMs, but I forgot to turn Pokesav Generated code off. I only had one Pokemon in my party, and now when I go to by box, I have the one Pokesaved Pokemon, and then 5 question marks in my party. I can't put anything else in the question mark slots, and the game thinks my party is full abd empty at the same time. How can I fix this? P.S. I'm using Pearl, if that makes a difference in your answer.
