Upfront, I play a lot of Pokemon Battle Revolution because of the random wifi feature. I've been having trouble creating a legal Celebi to use on P.B.R. and I was wonder if anyone could help me iron out the fine details to allow the Celebi on wifi, if possible. I don't need a code, I would just like to know what I should put down for location, dates obtained and anything else necessary to have it be "legal". Thank you for taking the time to read this.
