<p><p><p><p><p>Your Lucario has Specail Attacks, but your Attack Stats are higher than your Special Stats. If you want to use Special Attacks, your Special Stats has to be higher than your Attack Stats.</p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p>Your Typhlosion has Rock Smash which is a weak move to have, so you should change it to Focus Blast. Your Typhlosion has Flamethrower and Eruption, you don't need two Fire Type moves. So either change Flamethrower or Eruption. Since your Typhlosion has Specail Attacks, your Typhlosion must have higher Special Stats than Attack Stats.</p></p></p></p></p>
