<p><p><p><p><p><p>The xbox isn't banned yet, and the two companies (Motorala and Microsoft) may come to an agreement on some terms. So it's safe to say there's a chance that it will not get banned. Logically speaking, the Xbox is a big money maker, so it'd be unfair to take it down, and perhaps those who make Xbox games will also lose their jobs unless they adapt. It does more harm than good. On the bright side, I doubt they'll make it illegal to have if you already own it anyway. If worse comes to worst, move up North.
