<p><p><p><p><p>You do it by a software. You just open a picture in the software and you can choose the size and then you have all the options of editing the image. You can remove the background, add effects, smudge, blur, and make backgrounds using brushes, etc. Brushes are just images that are saved as a brush file. You can then use that saved image as if it were a brush and paint across the (computer) canvas. One of the most commonly used of these softwares are Photoshop. However, many of these editing softwares are also largely used to improve on photos taken on a camera which are uploaded into the computer. I suppose you can google "Photoshop" to read more about the program or you can even google image it to see what alterations can be made.</p></p></p></p></p>
