Every time I use PPSE to add pokemon to my pokedex and use the edited save all my pokemon health bar are red even if they have full health. I am playing with NDS emulator desmume how do I fix this?

I am looking for an easy way to complete the sinnoh pokedex 210 pokemon (not the full 400+) without breaking my game. I am playing with desmume which can export the .sav file. Thank you
