Oh you mean by giving it like a circle/star/etc. Thank you. Do you know any codes to change a caught pokemon's nature?

How would I make the EVs go to only certain pokemon when using the action replay codes? (eg. I wanna give mainly attack and speed EVs to a Weavile, but I don't want it to change my Magnezone's EVs)
