well i found out that you can change the level of the pokemon on pokesav but the iv's are all really high numbers , and the move sets are a pain in the but to set to the proper ones , I been working on the R/B/Y set to try to get the full set at level 1 with the right moves and what not , i just really enjoyed pokemon stadium for the N64 level 10 fights i know a level 10 mew will destroy a level 10 pikachu , but the rules we set up are only 1 legendary and no one over level 10 and only R/B/Y pokemon ,

is there a list or a set I can D/L that has all pokemon at level 1 so I can raise them myself , I got a flash card , but my freind got a retail cart , id like to be able to trade to him but not give him a non legit pokemon , I found the PKMdb but there not all set at level 1 , and id like to train pokemon like zaptos and any other pokemon from level 1 So we can have level >10 only battles ,and use any of the pokemon that I can get my hands on and battle together . please and thank you Jawknee
