Pebble

I'm trying to make a perfect IV trained growlithe, but even if i ticked the "is egg" box, it still registered as wild growlithe even though i hatched it. What do i need to do to make it trained? Will my growlithe be legal/legit? Sorry for the horrible image, the image checker is being a bitch. Thanks for your help
