Does this method only work with PKM files or can it also send files for Wonder Cards?

On one of the links you posted (this one to be specific http://www.pkmdb.com/NDS-English-Event-Downloads), it lets you download the pkm file or the files for the Wonder Cards. Do you know what the point of the Wonder Card is and how to download it?

I've been looking around the site for a while, and I'm sorry if I'm misssing something really obvious, but I can't seem to find one. I'm kind of confused because I did see another thread about collecting the event pokemon's files.:confused:
