Looking at the question from the perspective of the distro cart, this definition says the Celebi is Legal.

They could give out each legendary dog at different locations, for example Suicine at TRU and Entei at Gamestop. It is all speculation and comes down to the what the retail stores want and how it meshes with Nintendo's plans.

First things first, is the DS game you are using a retail cart or rom? I do not believe there are any devices that allow transfer to palpark save the orginal retail carts.

Looking at the poster, it mentions that pokemon numbered 1-12 come in Holo and Reverse Holo versions. My question is: Can these normally come in non-Holo versions? I ask because I have a Holo Tangrowth 10/99 plus I have a non-Holo Tangrowth 10/99.

I put together a simple checklist of all the Platinum series using excel including DP Promos and Promo9. If you're intersted in including this, I will expand the checklist to include the new Heart Gold Soul Silver as well as the Diamond and Pearl series.

I suppose the better question is... are korean pokemon even compatible with english games or even english pokesav? I'd check for myself, but all my stuff is upstairs.

Short answer. No.

The reason is that no version of Pokemon Diamond, Pearl or Platinum supports the Korean alphabet save for the Korean and Japanese releases. As I've come to see, the .PKMN files will work but all data that would appear with a Korean character, will appear blank. Personally I archive all Korean WC's that appear here purely for archival reasons. Otherwise, they are typically no different than the equivalent event anywhere else in the world.

You can get it, but I don't think he will activate the Registeel, Regice, and Regirock events until you get the National Dex. But I could be wrong. It's just that most events caused by special pokemon or wi-fi event items like Member Card and Oak's Letter need for you to unlock the NationalDex first.

Mewtwo EX: I was about to say something similar, but you have me beat. In all my time with the three same titles, I've only had Mirage Island appear once.

Abra, Kadabra, Alakazam: Snore, and Dream Eater. Other than the ability Synchronize, I can't find a way to put the opponent to sleep. I've looked through learnable TM's, Move Tutor, and egg moves with no luck. I definitely want a good Dream Eater Alakazam, but it seems useless.

If he feels really bad about losing a specific pokemon, one of us could trade one to him. The only other option to skip parts of the game to Canalave would be to get an Action Replay. I made a code a while back to give a guy all the gym badges. Your son would still have to play through the main storyline, but at least wouldn't have to go throught he trouble of gym matches.

Since it's in the egg, I can't guarantee much of anything but will go out of my way to breed for moves and to use an everstone to attempt to get a desired nature. There are a few pokemon that I can't use a everstone with. (i.e. when breeding for a Wynaut, my Wobbufet will need to hold Lax Incense, etc)

1. If you don't get the desired nature, or want to tweak your stats further, I suggest continuing to breed the pokemon further.

Just picked up my Jirachi, and am very excited! For anyone concerned about too many people filling up their pokedex, there is still the fact that finding a legit Celebi in the states is very hard. Don't worry I'm not flaming anyone who wrote about the subject, just making a statement. In fact if it was not for this site I would probably never have picked up a Celebi. If only pokemon would pick up steam again here in the USA, so that we could get more events. Maybe NOA needs to be more active.
