Here: http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/raikou Near bottom there's a section on legal IVs for hidden power for each nature. Where does the restriction come from? Because of so, I have to re-edit all my pokemons that have near-perfect IVs matched to correct hidden power type.

How should the hex values be for a legal Jirachi, from HG/SS, if it exists? Should anything else be different? If there's a thread on legal legendaries/events on HGSS, sorry, but couldn't find it. EDIT: also, if someone can point to what pokemons need fateful encounter check, it would be appreciated.
