When were they given out as event pokemon? In Gen III the only pokemon given away in events were listed here http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Event_Pok%C3%A9mon#Generation_III and that doesn't include any lati@s twins
The Eon Ticket doesn't make it a fateful encounter. It simply unlocks the ability to travel to the southern islands

How so? As long as there aren't any obvious mistakes, like a hatched legendary, a team of hatched pokémon would look perfectly legitimate to most people. A lot of people breed extensively to get good IVs and natures, especially for pokémon that are difficult to catch or that you only have one of. Only someone who took the time to look at it with Pokésav would see that the PID doesn't match up.
A team of all shinies, or all 31 IVs, is a lot fishier IMO, as it would require a huge amount of grinding to do.
There are some things you just cannot achieve with an egg. Not every single frame has a 31/31/31/x/31/31 or any combination of 31/a/b/ what have you iv chance. Sure, the game is fooled into thinking that it's legit, but that doesn't trick other people if he intended to trade them. Furthermore, pokemon can take days and 100's of tries to get the correct nature / moves / iv's in an egg even legitimately. So, for everything to be just the way he liked and in egg form automatically should raise a black flag in anybody's mind.

No, there is no way that the Lati@s twins can be fateful encounters from any game.
And I'll check on the Pokerus when I transfer my pokemon over later, as I actually encountered a legit pokerus in the wild and that would answer this dilemma
-
The only pokemon to have the fateful encounter tag are
Shaymin
Regigigas
Pikachu colored pichu
Arceus
Jirachi
Celebi
As for the Pokerus infected and cured. That could be legit. Because pokemon do cure themselves from the pokerus.
The lati@s twins are available in Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Latias_(Pok%C3%A9mon)

everything except for the current level. you can't meet a pokemon at level 50 and have it be level 1
-
Gible is fine since it's hatched.
i haven't looked at riolu yet, i'll edit here when i do.
edit: riolu is hatched as well. So it's fine. But don't get into the habit of making everything an egg. It's going to look fishy

anytime a pokemon fails a gender check. It's USUALLY because you somehow had both gender flags ticked. It's happened to me before. Just do what CNash suggested
-
I've added you.
What time (and which timezone are you in?) can I meet you?
Thanks again!
Sorry about the delay. I traded in my other dsi for a new one yesterday because the ribbon cable came loose in it. So i have a new friend code and I will edit this page once I boot up pokemon today

Thank you in advance for everything. You guys are great
Of course they can. However, you have failed to fill out everything necessary to insure that I or somebody else could make them work. We need the IV's and EV's
-
As Codr said, no way to tell if a rare candy was used on a pokemon except extremely low IV's for a high level pokemon in a game that doesn't have IV lowering items. However, there are ways to tell if a AR has been used on a game. I cannot remember right now where it is stored, but hex values are changed and a flag is raised. So don't expect to be able to use it in tournaments or anything
-
Can you post a picture of this?
-
I agree with making it more intuitive. It's semi confusing and could possibly use it's own tab or upscale the program and refit the components to make it less cluttered. but that's my two cents
-
Interesting implementation of sav editing. I like it, i'll run through this with a comb and see if i can find anything that is buggy for you
-
Do you need the .pkm files or a trade? I can only post the pkm files currently
-
just so you know you should use the edit post button, i just did that and got the same thing in my game, makes me wonder if he didnt get his sid correctly
I was almost positive i infact edited my first post. My mistake. I think there is a typo somewhere in his pkm file locally
-
That's odd. Loaded this into my game. Changed my OT. ID and SID to match your gyrados's and everything checks out. Are you sure you have everything matching?
-
You're correct. I need to investigate it further. It does get rid of the "apparently met" portion though.
-
Eternally grateful huh? that's pretty hardcore for a gyrados
Get rid of the 85h value and you're all set
First timer here, want to know if I'm doing right...

I always assume you may end up trading them. So my mistake. But yes, people who RNG abuse can get perfect IV eggs easily
