I was wondering which ones you have to chose by export ARDS code.

The Shiny Pichu event isnt working Im loading it on pearl & diamond pokasav englisch version. If you make the AR code, which ones do you have to choose. I chose Mystery Gift Code, Wondercard ID, Gift 1 and Wondercard 1 And when I load it on my game, the card is full of"???" What to do ?
