TrafficLights

What do they mean? I've seen red, blue, and green as in this picture: When I am using Pokesav (I'm using HGSS Compact on Vista), I see red and blue. I've searched all over, watched three different Youtube videos, and no one can tell me what this means! I'm concerned that I'll mess up my game if I send the wrong color. :frown: Also, what happens if the PID gives Ability A but the Ability box is set to Ability B or an ability that the pokemon doesn't carry.
