i really dont know where to locate ths post, because its related to the use of an action replay. My problem is, i used the EV Enhancer code for SoulSilver( the one that says 252 ATk/Spd) and i used it on an Electivire and when it leveled up i got a bonus of about 30 points in atk and 26 points in speed. and i used the same code on a bagon level 10 and the bonus points were 8 in atk, and 7 in spd. Can anyone explain me why this happenned? Im really confused...
