We can use Pokémon Box Ruby & Sapphire to give Winning Ribbons and Victory Ribbons to Legendary Pokémon, Mythical Pokémon, and Pokémon over Level 50, but when I checked with PKHeX out of curiosity, it showed “illegal.” This method of awarding ribbons using Pokémon Box Ruby & Sapphire might not be very well known, but I was curious if PKHeX takes this into account, so I decided to ask.
If it isn’t taken into account, I’d like to see some kind of action taken.
Steps
1. Launch Pokémon Box Ruby & Sapphire and select “Go to Adventure.”
2. Win the 56 battles at the Battle Tower where ribbons are awarded.
3. After the automatic report is generated, select “Go to Pokémon Box” and swap out the Pokémon you want to give the ribbon to.
