hello, i would like to know what are the steps i should follow in order to create a legal red gyarados from lake of rage. By that, i mean, how can i figure out the PID for it. I tried many cobinations of IV's i coundlnt find anything. I would like the pokemon to be adamant with ivs around 31-28 all around except for special atk. My trainer id is 43878 and sid 47862. Anyone can please tell me the steps to get the PIVS. ps: one last thing, what is the 85h for the red gyarados? thanks a lot to whoever takes the time to answer my questions. thanks
