I have all the starters (Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Totodile, Treeko ecc.) from previous Pokémon games, they are all legal/legit (no cheat) and I transferred them into Pokémon Platinum with Pal Park. Then I check these Pokémon with Legality Checker vB54-5, Trashbyte was Invalid, I normalize them with a previous version of TrashByte program and finally with Legality Checker vB54-5 they were considered legal/legit.

Now Legality Checker vB54-8 tell me that Trashbyte is Invalid, and the new Trashbyte program crashes when loaded. What is the problem?

vB54-5 didn't support Platinum trash bytes.

That is the problem.

If you look in Save Editing Research and Development, find my trash byte fixer. It should work and fix them up for you

You understand that is impossible? A Metagross that has those IVs is impossible if it's going to be Shiny too with Jolly specifically. Your request will require the IVs to be lower overall if you want it shiny. You may be able to get the IVs you want, but you would have to lose the Shiny. Just a heads up that your request is impossible.

You can easily change the TID/SID to fix that.

Everyone would need to know the pokemon's EXP ratio, so the code would be to edit the EXP. Not level.

This is part of the problem, that any random person off the street can come in, write an article, and their poorly researched or poorly spelled article can sit there for weeks without anyone noticing. I can't see that as possible true. Off Topic has ONE manga thread on page 6 (last page) and, as far as I can tell, not a single thread on anime, specific shows or general.
