Thank you, this makes sense. Unfortunately Checkpoint and JKSM both fail to detect save data on the cartridge, so is there any way for me to decrypt the raw cartridge dump?

Hi! Same issue as everyone here, I have a corrupted Pokemon X save file which PKHeX cannot open, displaying the following error: It is an unmodified Pokemon X save file extracted from a physical cartridge using Godmode9. It has been corrupted for years, all I remember of the incident is moving all of my box pokemon into bank and then attempting to boot the game after and being hit with "The save file is corrupted" message. I left it alone hoping one day I'd be able to fix it. I've attempted to use the Partial Savefile Fix Tool to fix the save but when I use a standard fix it returns this error: Here is the corrupted .sav file: 0004000000055D00_v00.sav Is there any way for this file to be salvaged/fixed? It's my original save that's beaten the elite four and completed the national dex. Most pokemon were salvaged from it when I sent them to bank but it would be a shame to lose all those friend safaris and my party.
