Mystifying forest and Midnight forest i also have been looking in the keckleon wares shop as well

So I'm not sure if I'm having bad luck or if the game is bugging out, When i got to magerna and did her quests i got to one where i need the hm for Gyro ball, However ive been constantly going to the places where you can get Gyro Ball and no dice (Am i looking in the wrong areas?), if anyone would like to help let me know
