I just extracted the save 36 hours file from my Pokémon Yellow game, a save from over two decades ago. In this save, I have all 151 Pokémon in the Pokédex, including a Mew from trades of that time, the original trainer, according to the game, is ASH (ID 43053). ATK 5, DF 4 SP8 SPC 0. Catch rate 45. I taught it moves using TMs, but I don’t remember if I originally obtained it at level 100 or if I trained it up to that level. I don't know if it's from some event or not, but it's extremely old.
