AGIRREX

Hello! I’ve been trying to randomize both Pokémon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby to play on my 3DS, but every time I try to install the modified files, I run into issues. To test if my .3ds file was the problem, I used Citra, and all the changes are applied—except for the ones related to the .cro file. Every time I load the game, the starters and static encounters remain the same. Has anyone dealt with this before or knows how to fix it? I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks!
