What was wrong and how'd you fix it, I love to learn about these things

So to start with, I was using the Gameboy player to trade with my leaf green copy when my game was stuck in the saving screen so thought it was no big deal to press the reset button on the Gamecube, turned it back on and the Emerald copy said that, "The save file has been erased due to corruption or damage." Talked to some people on a Pokemon discord and they threw it into pkhex and it said it was corrupted. The copy emerald is a real one so it's not a bootleg problem. Is there a way to save my 200+ hour save. Any help is appreciated and don't be shy to message me on here for more details and here's the file that I got through a GBA Backup Tool.
