I've been working for a bit on a romhack of my own.
Recently, I've been looking into enabling the ingame events, specifically the Liberty Pass for Victini.
As far as my understanding goes, I can add the item, but only adding the pass won't do anything. So, my question would be, how do I set up the flags (and which ones) to enable the event to work?
I've tried enabling it with a few lines of Code through CTRMap, but in the end, when I catch Victini, it defaults to the "defeated" stage. As I've been unsuccessful enabling it otherwise now, I'm looking for help on this one.
Any tips would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
