I see, I honestly thought that the PKHeX file contained the information from the different movesets that specific mon file had between games, so that’s not the case, is that so? Thank you again for the responses

Thanks for the quick reply - yes, it is coming as legal, but it doesn't have it in its Scarlet/Violet currently known moves

When modifying files in SwSh, I'm noticing that possibly there are Relearn Flags missing and the file still being considered legal - in the attached example, Zacian has Play Rough in Current Moves, a move it only learns through TR90, and TR90 is not flagged in Relearn Flags.
