Yeah I saw that, there is a locked Pokemon I want to transfer back to my PC or the Team with PkHex. Is that possible?

Hey, I've got a locket Pokemon in the GTS in Ultra Sun and wanna remove it with PkHex back to the team or the PC. Is this possible? Otherwise, what would happen to locked Pokemon in GTS when it is closed by GameFreak (already done in many older games)? Are these Pokemon lost forever? Thanks! Best regards spider2MW
