thanks! i messed around with this and got it to show back up at level 35 like i wanted. interestingly, with 928, 404, and 403 all unchecked, volcarona doesnt show back up at all. with 928 and 403 unchecked, but 404 checked, it shows back up at level 65 which makes sense since the game likely thinks youve defeated it and its shown back up after the elite four, but with 928 and 404 unchecked and 403 checked, it shows back up at level 35. because of this im not so sure that the 403 flag is directly just to show it as captured/not captured. i didnt mess with it further but i found that pretty interesting and figured i should probably say it in case anyone else is trying to solve the same problem

I'm trying to change event flags in my save file to get volcarona to show back up, but there are no flags related to the it in the event flags section. Am I missing something or is this an issue for everyone?
